In order to join, psychotherapists must meet our qualifications concerning licensing/certification, professional experience, supervision and training, and familiarity with the LGBT community and related therapy issues.

We aim to provide therapy to the broadest base of clients by including therapists:

 • in a variety of locations in the New York City metropolitan area as well as    areas communtable to New York City

 • from varied racial and ethnic backgrounds

 • affiliated with specific HMOs for those clients who cannot pay out-of-network

 •  who are trained in a variety of modalities.
